For this reason, this entry sets the Windows setting to 0 so it doesn't affect the one you set in SetPoint and then unloads. A separate instance of KHALMNPR.EXE loads via the main Setpoint.exe program to control communication between your radio/bluetooth wireless mouse/keyboard and SetPoint
